Charcater Concept One - Lost Souls

This is a rough idea for an animation/game called Lost Souls. I worked on a script and mini rough prototype for a game called Soul Swap which I'm thinking of joining together with this idea. I'm also currently looking at various tutorials on working with cloth in Maya to experiment with.
